90 Day Diaries is returning to screens in less than a month and here’s everything to know about the much-anticipated season 6. The spin-off is a fairly new addition to the world of 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs, with it having premiered in January 2021 with just six episodes. The show documents former couples from the franchise as they film their day-to-day lives themselves, without the help of any camera crew.
Viewers were given a fly-on-the-wall perspective into the lives of the 90 Day Fiancé cast during the COVID-19 pandemic through 90 Day Diaries as they documented all the challenges it brought to their relationships. However, the format of self-filming was loved by viewers so much that the show returned not once but five more times. One of the 90 Day Diaries seasons was a Ukraine special allowing fans to hear from 90 Day Fiancé cast members who had been affected by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

A Preview Was Shown During 90 Day Fiancé Season 11, Episode 5
A preview of the upcoming season of 90 Day Diaries was aired during the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé season 11. There had been no indication by the network about the show returning for another season. However, cast members who were a part of 90 Day Diaries season 6 soon started posting about it on their Instagram through Stories. They added a picture of the show’s title card to announce their return. Some even revealed the episode number they were going to be on. Soon enough, the sneak peek was shared on the official 90 Day Fiancé Instagram.

When Does 90 Day Diaries Season 6 Premiere?
The 90 Day Fiancé Instagram page shared a post captioned, “The #90DayFiance family keeps on growing!” The post confirmed that 90 Day Diaries season 6 was returning on April 7, 2025, and would air at "9/8c." The show will premiere on a Monday night and will be replacing 90 Day: The Last Resort which is currently airing season 2 in the same timeslot since December 2024.

90 Day Diaries has several returning 90 Day Fiancé cast members from across the franchise. David Toborowsky may have hinted at his exit from the franchise, but he will be shown documenting his IVF journey with Annie. Meanwhile, Kobe Blaise and Emily Bieberly introduce their newest family member, Atem, to the cameras. Kara Rojer is “over it” after Guillermo Rojer reveals he quit his job without informing her to become a pilot. Sophie Sierra, Rob Warne, Veronica Rodriguez, Nikki Exotika, Liz Woods, Big Ed Brown, Robert Springs, Anny Francsico, Fernanda Flores, etc. have revealed they are cast members.

Several “preview” clips from 90 Day Diaries have been posted on the 90 Day Fiancé IG page so far. A different video features Colt and Debbie Johnson announcing they are back. Loren and Alexei Brovarnik take their boys for their first haircut, and Chantel Everett reveals that Pedro Jimeno had started to cry upon seeing her body when they first got intimate. Sumit Singh reveals that he lost his restaurant job and asks Jenny to find some work while his mother, Sadhna, who’s reconciled with the American woman, looks on.
